    This is beautiful and rare.  It was most likely made in the early 1950's. Jesse was not an ukulele manufacturer. He was a le
    gendary Hawaiian entertainer.  It was most likely made by Sam Chang who supplied ukuleles for several of the music teachers and instructor's in Waikiki, though I cant say for certain. Ukulele is in excellent vintage condition and it plays even better than it looks. Raised fret board and grover tuners. Body is solid and the neck is straight.
