    All-bisque doll made in Japan with dress, petticoat, and apron with pretty lace trim. She has painted socks and very cute painted red shoes, as well as painted eye glasses. She probably pre-dates "Family Affair," but she would make a great Mrs. Beasley for a Buffy doll in your collection.
